treadmill

A mile and a half treadmilling this morning followed up by 1/4 mile around the new Ashford park. It is beautiful in Ashford today, warm and sunny - 50 degrees.

    So I heard rumor that there isn't snow to inner tube on. Is the family get together a bust? Love Missy
